Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, please contact me before completing your purchase.
1. About This Shop
This website is operated by Ida Nyborg, a sole trader selling original art prints. All posters are produced and dispatched by me personally. By placing an order, you are entering into a direct agreement with me as the seller.
2. Products and Descriptions
I take care to represent my artwork accurately on this website. However, please be aware of the following:
Colours displayed on screen may vary from the printed poster due to differences in monitor calibration, paper stock, and printing processes. Minor variation is not considered a defect.
All dimensions listed are approximate.
Product images on this website are provided for preview purposes only. They are protected by copyright and may not be saved, downloaded, printed, or used in any way (see Section 8: Intellectual Property).
3. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation from me. I reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances — for example, if a printing issue arises or a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Many posters are printed to order, meaning production begins after your purchase is completed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All posters are shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube. Please unroll and store or frame your poster promptly after receipt to minimise curl — this is normal for rolled prints and not a defect.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment being received.
I ship to the following regions:
Norway
EU and EEA member states
United Kingdom
USA, Canada, and Australia
If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact me before purchasing and I will do my best to help.
Estimated delivery times depends on the courier and destination of the parcel.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances outside my control.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to them. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the situation (see Section 5).
International buyers (outside Norway) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the purchase price.
UK buyers should be aware that import declarations are required following Brexit.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
Because many of my posters are produced to order, I do not offer returns or refunds based on a change of mind. I encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
However, I will always make things right if something goes wrong:
If your poster arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photograph of the damage. I will offer a replacement or a full refund, at my discretion.
If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date, please contact me and I will investigate with the carrier.
To initiate a claim, contact me at ida@papirkutt.com.
Note: Norwegian and EU consumer law provides certain statutory rights that these terms do not override. Where applicable law grants you rights beyond what is described here, those rights remain unaffected.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
Under EU and EEA consumer law, buyers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised — which includes posters printed to order.
If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, please contact me before purchasing.
7. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in NOK. Prices include Norwegian VAT. I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All artwork, images, and content on this website are my original work and are protected by copyright under Norwegian law and international copyright conventions. I retain full ownership of all intellectual property.
By purchasing a poster, you receive a single physical copy of the artwork for personal, non-commercial display. You do not acquire any rights to the underlying artwork or image.
The following are strictly prohibited without my prior written consent:
Saving, downloading, screenshotting, or otherwise copying any image from this website.
Printing, reproducing, or copying the artwork in any form — digitally or physically.
Reselling or redistributing the artwork or any reproduction of it.
Using the artwork commercially, including in advertising, merchandise, or social media in a commercial context.
Creating derivative works based on the artwork.
The images on this website are provided solely to allow you to preview the products before purchase. Saving and printing these images yourself is a breach of copyright and is not a permitted alternative to purchasing an official print.
If you wish to licence my work for any other purpose, please get in touch to discuss terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or any costs arising from delays in delivery.
I am not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside my control, including postal delays, customs procedures, natural events, or technical failures of third-party platforms.
10. Privacy
When you place an order, I collect your name, delivery address, and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it. I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. sharing your address with the postal carrier).
For full details of how your data is handled, please refer to my Privacy Policy.
Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Norwegian data protection law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
